Yes it is.
What you could do is use some sort of back end db such as access to stored the data and submit and pull it out of there.
Think the best thing for you to do though would be visit www.hotscripts.com look at their asp / scripts and components page and you will get lots of chat apps. Download one then you can see exactly how it is put together. |
