if you want a good forum
you gotta have rules
so above the forum you have to make a
"forum rules" topic
so no1 spawns and stuff

| That's true! Topic like: Read first! Forum instructions or sth is really good... And of course it's better if you put announce on the front page that people have to read instructions first. |
