What forum? PHPBB? or otherwise...?
But, if u want to make BIG CHANGES, u must download the source code to modify it. it is a big project if the forum u want to mod is PHPBB...

| it depends on the BIG change... normally big changes require some sort of coding but if you would tell us what you want to change, we can help you. |
